Job Posting Menu
This menu has three functions. I allows a registered employer to post a job, it
allows the employer that posted the job to remove the posting. Unregistered
employers may register from this menu.

Post a Job
This page is used to add a job posting. Enter your Employer Identifier and Password. Enter a brief description
of the job. You may at your discretion post a location, salary, or your company name. Whatever you enter here will
be posted, with no corrections or changes. If you do not want your company name posted, don't do so, and replies
will be to a job number, and we'll forward them to you. CVjNet postings automatically expire and are removed in
90 days. If you would like automatic removal sooner, enter that date.

Remove a Posting
In order to remove a job posting, you must have access to the Employer ID and the Password
used to post the job.
The CVjNet system requires employers to register. This is free and confidential. Registration requires these fields:
Employer's Name
Contact Name
Contact Telephone
Contact Email
Employer Identifier
Password

Job Category
Select the appropriate job category. This category will be used when listing jobs. If you don't find an appropriate
category, choose "other". We regularly review postings. If it's appropriate to add a new category, we
will do so, and change your "other" to the new category.

Area Code where the job is located
Enter the three digit area code where the job is located. This is a required field.

You may, if you wish, attach an ULR to the job listing. Attach anything you like. Most appropriate
would be your company's home page. The entire URL must be entered here, starting with "http://"

Expires
CVjNet postings expire automatically 90 days after posting, unless you would like us to remove them
sooner. If you would like to have a listing automatically removed sooner, enter the date here in the format mm/dd/yyyy.

Employer's Name
This would be the name of the firm advertising the opening. You may, at your option not use your firm's name in
the ad. If you choose not to post your firm's name in the ad, all responses will be to a
job number, and will be forwarded to you by CVjNet.

Contact Name
We need the name of someone to contact. This is the person we call or to which we send Email. This needs to be
a real person, one we can call.

The telephone number of the person named above, and a daytime phone number we can use for contact. Please include

Most of our contact will be by Email. Include the Email address of the person named above. The
CVjNet web site generates Email automatically. Be sure this address is correct.

Employer ID
You get to make up your own Employer Identifier. It has to be at least four characters long, and not more than
10. It has to be made up of letters and numbers. Enter it twice, and please, use something
you can remember.

You'll need a password. Enter it twice, and please, use something you can remember. You'll need this password to
post and remove jobs.

Remove jobs
This page lists all of the jobs currently posted by the specified employer. Check the check box next
to the job(s) you wish to remove, and click the Submit button.
